Returns & Exchanges
- Unopened & Unused Products: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is in its original, unopened, and unused condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
- Opened or Used Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. However, if you experience an issue, please reach out—we want to make it right.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or offer a store credit.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
